This stunning luxury home is situated on the Esplanade, just metres from the beach, and offers everything you need for the perfect family getaway.
This stylish 2 storey home offers 5 spacious bedrooms, master bedroom has an ensuite, spa and walk-in -robe. Our gourmet kitchen is equip with modern appliances as well as offering a butlers pantry. We have 2 spacious living areas, 2 additional bathrooms, upstairs kitchenette/bar,huge garden with cubby house and a gorgeous magnesium pool and spa.
The space
This is a split level home, which makes it a perfect space for a couple of families to stay and still have their own private spaces.
Downstairs We have a spacious king room with access to an ensuite. Downstairs there is also the 2 king single bedroom.
Downstairs encompasses a huge lounge with a 10 seater lounge, perfect for chill days. The modern kitchen has all of the modern appliances you will need as well as a butlers pantry to prepare family feasts. There is also an alfresco dining area inside and outside, depending on where you would like to dine.
Outside you will find our pristine saltwater pool which also has a waterfall feature to relax by. The spa is heated in the cooler months and has jet bubbles for relaxing in. Our outdoor lounge area has a beautiful lounge area dining for 8 and blinds to keep out the sun on those days that are too hot. We have built a great fire pit outside, we have a huge lawn to play on and the kids have their own cubby house to play in! You will also find a large BBQ outside available for those sunny BBq days.
Upstairs you will find a king room with walk in robes and ensuite, also boasting a beautiful spa bath. We offer 2 stunning Queen rooms and an extra bathroom, lounge and kitchenette.
Upstairs also boasts a verandah that has a lovely outdoor setting and seating area to take in the views and fresh salty air.
We have recently converted the 4 car garage into another family/rumpus room. This space offers a lounge area, 3 sets of single bunks, 2 Tvs with gaming devices, air conditioning, games and toys and even has an arcade gaming station. Plenty of fun and relaxation to be had in this new area. PLEASE NOTE: this is an extra charge to your standard booking. please advise if you wish for this room to be unlocked for your stay. The charge for this room is an additional 150 per night plus 100 cleaning fee. When you book, pls let host know that you would like to book the space and we will document this extra hire on the booking. This money will be an additional funds request the day prior to your arrival (not at the time of booking) we will request it as “ extra funds request”. When you book all you need to add to your message is that you would like the extra space and we will take care of the rest. It is well worth the extra hire, particularly with lots of kids!
Our place has fully ducted air conditioning, also reversible in the cooler months. We have 5 bikes available in our shed for guests useage as well as many other toys for kids when the rumpus room is hired for your big group stay.
parking is available outside the house and fits 4-6 cars easily. Alternatively there is room for a boat, JetSki or caravan.
This luxury family retreat is the perfect place for large groups, it has every feature you could ever need for a fantastic and memorable holiday and we are only a stones throw from the beach!
Guest access
There is enough parking for 4 cars on the property. Additional to this there is plenty of public parking across the street where you will find a kids adventure play park, skatepark and beach. The esplanade offers a 14km track which starts at point vernon and continues through to the end of the esplanade at Urangan. Our place is approximately 5km in from point vernon and is walking/riding distance to all the shops, restaurants and pubs if you arent driving.
Other things to note
Rumpus hire is an extra charge of 150
Per night plus an additional $100 for cleaning and linen. Please let us know if you want the space when you book. The additional fees will be requested the day prior to your check-in not on the date that you book this accommodation. It is a seperate fee to the booking total with no airbnb fees attached on top.
Small pets are welcome, please advise in your booking if you are requesting pets (breed and size).
Please do not allow pets on any furniture, especially in bedrooms. There will be additional $250 cleaning fee if animal hair is found on linen/sheets/pillows. Please also clean up after your pets outside in the garden.
Bin day is tuesday so please put bins out Monday nights.
PLS NOTE : We are an airbnb, whilst we provide all the basic amentities to get you going for your stay, it is up to guests to bring their own provisions and groceries including toilet paper etc, particularly if you are staying for longer than 2 nights.
