You are 5 MINUTES from The New Fenton Village, Downtown Cary, NC State, Meredith College, Art Museum, State Fairgrounds, Carter-Finley Stadium, Wakemed Soccer Park, and I40. Whether you are in town for soccer events at Wakemed Soccer Park, college sports and student events, fairground events or just working in the area this is the most convient place to stay!

The space
This totally 80's duplex has been repurposed to provide visitors to the area a place to stay short term. This cute duplex still has older characteristics that date it such as a picture window and sunken living room. We have just added a modern twist to the bathrooms, appliances and furnishings. The neighborhood is so quiet you will hardly know you are in the city. It is front porch rocking chair ready.

You have access to the unit you are staying in. There are no shared spaces except the front porch. There is a driveway that comfortably parks 2 cars off of the street.
