Furnished basement apartment available for short-term rentals, for any number of days, without having to sign a lease. The apartment is located in the basement of our home, in a quiet residential part of State College, and features a separate entrance. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished with a separate bedroom (large closet), full bath, combined living/dining room area, and kitchenette. Downtown shops and restaurants are a 20-30 minute walk and Beaver Stadium is about a 2 mile walk.

The space
The apartment is 500 sq. ft. and features baseboard heating for the colder months. There is no air conditioning but it tends to stay cool in the summer time. The bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and spacious closet. The kitchen has basic ammenities such as a countertop electric stove with 2 burners, a combo microwave/air fryer/convection oven, and keurig coffee maker.

Our apartment is within walking distance to the downtown shops and many restaurants including Faccia Luna and one of our favorite coffee shops, Rothrock!
