Possibility of parking on request courtyard building if available. Or parking garage 10 meters from home for the price of 15 € per day.

If you arrive in the morning or go away in the evening, I recommend two places where you can leave your luggage, to avoid carry them around. 1) near Piazza Garibaldi at the Grand Hotel Europa Corso Meridionale, 14.
2) in the historic center of European Hotel, Via Mezzocannone 109 / c on the fourth floor.

Interaction with guests

I will be at your disposal to solve any problem that you may experience during your stay in the city.

The neighbourhood

My house is located in the oldest and most popular district of the city center. Very colorful, populated by eccentric people, a bit pushy, but always ready to help you. The area, although at first glance may seem unsafe and very, very safe. Multiethnic, tourist and university. A family !!
It is not recommended to people squeamish and poor in spirit.

Getting around

The apartment is away from the nearest metro line 1 and 2 of Via Foria 500 meters. And from the stop of Piazza Dante 600 meters.
The port (port of Massa) from where ferries depart for the islands (Capri Ischia Procida) is the beginning of Via Duomo and is home to 500 meters from home.
The central train station and the Piazza Garibaldi Metro Station is just 600 meters from home.
100 meters from Piazza Dante, you can take the funicular to reach the high area of Naples (Sant Elmo Castle) to enjoy a breathtaking view of the city.

Other things to note

I remember the guests that this is noor a hotel, but my habitual residence, and then recommends a particular forethought and a lot of good education just as if you own your own home Thanks !!

Fabios place was exactly as listed. All the reviews were similar and helped us decide whether or not it was an ideal location for our visit and it was. Neighborhood was very lively, we were there over Palm Sunday. So we saw mini parades all weekend. Found a cute mom and pop restaurant that we drank at on both nights of our stay. Also per fabios suggestion, we are great pizza down the street.

Many thanks to Fabio for his hospitality a day kindness. He did his possible for us. The apartment is very cosy and situated in the historical city center. A very good situation near all the main monuments. At the 1sr sight the palazzo can be astonishing and you can wonder if you are at the good place. But u see, you are! We loved it because it is the real Naples. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. We'll be back ASAP.

Staying in Fabio's flat was a very nice experience. Although it is situated in an old part of the town, it's very comfortable and silent at nights. Building itself looks shabby, as most of the buildings in that area, but the flat is nicely furbishes and very pleasant to stay. Fabio is a great host and helps with every issue that can arise. For sure I will stay there when I come back to Napoli. It;s very well located. Walking distance to almost every important place in the city. Recommended!!!
