Please Note: We're on a main street in the city centre, so it can be a bit noisy at night sometimes. We also have a comprehensive guest guide including parking info. The flat is right on Leith Walk and there is a tram which is 2 stops from Waverly station. There is also a direct tram to/from the airport. We're surrounded by shops and restaurants of all types. Old town is also about a 15 minute walk away. Note, the no smoking policy is STRICT, so there is a £100.00 fee if any guests violate it

The space
It's a spacious flat, very clean and with a warm feeling. We have all the essentials you need (soap, shower gel, shampoo, etc) with plenty of towels. The kitchen is very well stocked, but, in addition to that, there are bars and restaurants everywhere. The main bedroom has a SUPER king sized bed with a standard double in the other. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes so don't detract from the space. The floors throughtout are all brand new and each room has a radiator to keep you warm (living/dining room has 2). As the main Leith Walk is right outside, it can be a bit loud at night sometimes.

Edinburgh parking can be a nightmare, as we know, however, we have free parking on premise and the location photos show where it is.

Other things to note
The windows can be a bit fiddely to close, it's best to push them closed and push up a little bit then close the handle. There is a video on the guest guide showing how to close them.
