Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Private bedroom and shared bathroom in a newly built home that’s 30 min from Georgetown & 45 min from downtown Austin. Close enough to town but far enough for peace and quiet. Very quiet neighborhood. Monitored by an alarm system. You have full access to the kitchen & backyard to sit and relax or grill.

There is also a community pool that can be used, hours are noon-8 everyday but Sunday which is 2-8. Let me know if you want the key.
