The space
-You will enjoy a cozy space prepared for a perfect stay, with a spectacular rustic decoration, a space with exposed wooden beams that provide a great spaciousness and light to the space.
Bedroom: with a 1.35cm double bed, wardrobe, exterior window with lots of light and air conditioning.
Living room: with a comfortable sofa bed for two people, dining table, Tv, high speed internet, air conditioning and windows with exterior views.
Kitchen: Equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare what you need. You will have at your disposal a modern washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. You will also have a toaster and a ceramic hob along with complete crockery and cutlery.
Bathroom: Perfect bathroom equipped with shower, sink and toilet. You will also find shampoo, gel, towels and a hair dryer.
The apartment comes fully equipped with bedding, duvet, towel sets, etc.
The apartment is located in a beautiful building, very quiet and with exterior windows to Noviciado Street. It has an elevator although it is on the first floor.. Access is completely safe and autonomous, you will access the accommodation with total security and without the need for keys, it is a very comfortable and efficient system.
Located in the heart of one of the most fashionable neighborhoods of the capital, is our apartment, where fashion and urban culture are trends. You can walk through one of the streets with the most shops and cafes in all of Madrid, as well as being next to the main tourist stops such as: Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Sol, Plaza España, etc.
You have the Noviciado Metro Station just 80 meters from the apartment. ; Nearby is also the San Bernardo, Plaza de España and Santo Domingo Metro Station with different connections to the entire city. You also have several nearby bus stops to move around the city.
Once the reservation is made and before arrival we will need you to check in online, which is nothing more than the registration of your data for the established control that we must carry out.
Access to the building and the apartment is through an access code created only for you during your stay, you will not need to use keys.

Therefore, before your arrival, you will receive an email with a link to a form that you must complete to obtain the access codes to your accommodation. This step is mandatory and, if it is not completed, we will not be able to host you in the accommodation.
