Tan y Bryn Ganol is a beautiful barn conversion with panoramic views of Eryri (Snowdonia), the Irish Sea, and The Vale of Clwyd. Perfect for a family getaway or a romantic escape, the cottage offers local walks, beaches, and pubs, with all of North Wales's adventures just a drive away. Enjoy everyday conveniences and a nearby pub and village high st while savouring the rural tranquility and stunning vistas of Snowdonia mountains and the Irish Sea - the ideal blend of comfort and natural beauty.

The space
Tan y Bryn Ganol provides a serene retreat. Amidst just two neighbouring properties, escape the daily hustle while enjoying home comforts. A short walk to The Blue Lion pub and nearby villages a 5-10 minute drive away.

On the ground floor, a spacious dining room/hallway is ideal for family meals. The living room features a cozy corner sofa, smart TV, and French doors opening to a terrace with scenic countryside views. A downstairs cloakroom adds convenience. The well-equipped kitchen, with additional seating, completes the floor.

Upstairs, a snug library landing leads to a bathroom with a walk-in shower and two sizable bedrooms. The master boasts a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers twin beds convertible into a large double. It also includes a toy-box and a wardrobe with ample hanging space.

You have the entire house to yourselves and the patio at the front of the property is solely for guest use.

We have off street parking for 2 cars directly outside the property.
