We stayed here for 2 weeks with two children. What a dream vacation! The house is lovely, rustic, romantic, quiet and has amazing views. It is exactly as described on the website. We had such a lovely time. There is a lot to do in the area (we had one week of great weather, and one week with some rain, but there is so much to do, it did not matter). Lake Como is 1/2 hour away (we went canoeing). The next town up has an amazing slow food center for the local cheese, Bitto. Morbegno old town is lively and very pretty. Very good restaurants all around the area (Beccaccino and Osteria del Crotto were our favorites, but there are also a lot of high quality more informal restaurants with lovely food and playgrounds). Lovely hiking everywhere. We went to St. Moritz, to Rifugio Zoia, to Val di Mello (totally amazing, reminds me of Yosemite). If you like climbing, this is a paradise. There is also a great Crossfit box 15 minutes away. The kids were in summer camp during the day. Great playgrounds, in Gerola especially. Lovely fishing in Gerola, we ate self-caught trout (you need to get a license in Morbegno at the Fishing Store). Nadia was an exceptionally welcoming, nice, and prompt host. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the cabin for eleven nights with our two young children, and it was the perfect spot for our relaxing holiday away from the city. The place is well-maintained and comfortable, with an outdoor area which the kids loved and a stunning view which seemed to change every day. It was airy and spacious with the doors open on sunny days and cosy on colder nights with the fire roaring. Nadia was a kind and attentive host and gave us tips on what to do/see/eat in the area, including in nearby Morbegno, a great little town. Overall we had a fantastic experience staying at Nadia’s and were very sad to leave.

Nadia was a great host - meeting us at the train station to lead us through town and up to the wonderful little cabin. It is rustic but comfortable - full of character and with great views. We were only two people and found it spacious, enjoying the morning sun outside during our breakfast and experimenting with the wood stove to cook our dinners!

Nadia gave us a really nice and warm welcome. She picked us up at Morbegno Train an guided us to he House. On he way and also during the whole weekend she helped us to order a taxi, she gave us restaurant tips and so on. The house is really nice, we loved it there. Very nice details and the view ist astunishing. We were also happy to use the BBQ place outside. All together a 5 Star Weekend. Thank you Nadia. Greets "The Boys".

Nadia is the perfect host for this enchanting beautiful romantic house. It breathes the history of her family that used to live there. The view is breathtaking. The freshness of the mountains after a warm summer day at the Como Lake was very welcome. Morbegno is a charming village, with authentic cheese and wine cellar house and great pizzeria. Nadia shows you where to go in the neighbourhood and is always there when you need her. The house is nice old-styled but well maintained and perfectly renovated. All comfort for a relaxing vacation. We will surely go back there, when the children are old enough to take a hike to the hidden lake in the mountains. We'll make sure to be there on a saturday or a sunday, because the cable lift is closed on weekdays.
