Beautiful one bedroom first floor apartment with a unique style. Self contained with its own entrance and off road parking. Free WiFi and smart TV.

Located the Coventry end of Meriden, in the residential area of Millisons Wood. Meriden offers shops pubs and restaurants. Close to Birmingham airport, Birmingham NEC, Resorts World, Coventry and Solihull.
Closer to local train/bus services and the local motorway network. No pets allowed.
Kenilworth, Stratford and Warwick are a short drive away.

The space
One bedroom apartment within a detached property. This light airy apartment offers everything you need for a short break whether your visit is for business or pleasure. Local walks available onto beautiful ancient woodlands and local countryside.

The apartment is located on the first floor and accessed from the drive, via a front door and shared entrance lobby with the downstairs apartment.

Facilities include a super king size bed, fully fitted kitchen with oven, induction hob and microwave and freezer. As well as a lovely shower room.

The lounge area has a large TV, WiFi access and a comfortable sofa, as well as a dining area which can seat up to four people, with Juliet balcony and views over the countryside.

Located in Meriden, the centre of England. The property is built on the site of the Triumph Motor Cycle factory which was the bike of choice for many past celebrities including James Dean and David Essex.

Backing onto the property is Millisons Wood and many local public footpaths across woodlands and fields including the Heart of England way. During the spring the woodland has an abundance of bluebells.
We do not accept pets in The Norton but do in the Daytona -https://www.airbnb.com/h/thedaytonatriumphapartments which is on the ground floor.
The property is located between Coventry and Solihull, and is close to Birminghams Resort World, NEC, and Birmingham Airport.

Please note, there are two apartments, 1 upstairs and 1 down.

Parking for one car on the private drive we are located in Meriden just 6.5 miles from the NEC, Resorts World and Birmingham airport.

Guest have their own entrance and we use self check in.
