Luxurious condo in the heart of Maui. This newly renovated unit comes complete with a full kitchen, towels and linen, and beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. A quiet place to relax, unwind and enjoy easy access to beaches, shopping, eateries. These are not party condos, quiet time begins at 9pm. Parties are not permitted inside the condo.
Newly renovated including all new furniture, appliances, granite countertops, and all the kitchen goods you will need. We provide wireless internet and local telephone, linens, towels and beach equipment. The unit is air-conditioned with two ceiling fans. There is an outside lanai with patio furniture. All rates include local taxes.
All guests have access to the community pool, barbecues and outside furniture. Charley's beach, one of the best beaches in Maui, is a block away. Within a 5-minute walk are groceries, restaurants and shopping.

We are accessible to our guests by email and telephone at all times. We have a local representative who is also available at all times.

Owner shall specifically not be liable to Tenant, Tenant’s guests, licenses or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property as a result of the use of any water sports or other equipment provided for Tenant’s use, such as boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment and similar items. Tenant’s use of all such equipment is strictly at their own risk. Tenant shall hold Owner and the property manager and any associated companies harmless and indemnified from and against all loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use or misuse or abuse of any such water sports or other equipment, whether on or off the premises, and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of Tenant, his guests, licensees or invitees.

All gOwner shall specifically not be liable to Tenant, Tenant’s guests, licenses or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property as a result of the use of any water sports or other equipment provided for Tenant’s use, such as boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment and similar items. Guests are expected to abide by the Kalama Terrace Rules, which will be provided by email upon booking. Generally, guests are asked to observe quiet times and be respectful. There is no smoking of any kind in the unit and no pets are permitted. Occupancy by more than 4 people is strictly prohibited. Guests are also requested to remove their shoes before entering. Also, outside showers are provided so guests are asked not to bring sand into the unit. More details are provided prior to arrival.
