The space
Contemporary chic meets farmhouse charm, the entire property has been fully renovated with high-end touches throughout. The spacious 4 (+) bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat could host a large group of 8 overnight guests plus 4 additional daytime guests. You will leave behind all the hustle and bustle as you drive up the hillside cul-de-sac in the heart of this quiet and prestigious residential neighborhood. The modern retreat offers:
• Primary suite-1 with a comfortable king sized bed, a sofa bed, and ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, and a dedicated work desk
• Guest bedroom-2 with a king bed and adjacent full bathroom (double sinks) with tub shower. It has an amazing view slider glass door to access the patio deck.
• Guest bedroom-3 with a king bed sharing the adjacent bathroom with guest bedroom 2.
• Guest bedroom 4 by the front door with a queen bed, a few steps away from a full bathroom across the entry foyer.
• Lower level full bathroom with dry cedar Sauna.
• Lower level den with a desk, copier/printer/scanner (use permission required)
• Fully stocked kitchen and laundry inside the pantry on the main level
• Spacious Great-Room with plenty of natural light, center-piece fireplace integrates the flow of the kitchen, dining room, entertainment, and family sitting area with a wet bar.
• Solid bamboo formal dining table could extend to seat 12 people
• Radiant heat concrete flooring throughout for sublime winter warmth; plus central HVAC system and ceiling fans for summer cooling.
• High-speed Wi-Fi internet with flat screen smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu TV/w ESPN, and Pandora music) with sectional couch
• Multiple large window/glass doors open out to a sunny private patio upper deck with a 5-person hot tub, outdoor living and dining space with a fire pit, sun-umbrellas, and outdoor seating with a Weber BBQ Grill on the upper deck.
• Solar heated swimming pool (only heated yearly between late April and mid-October) with Baja shelf at the lower deck bestows more amazing views and relaxation sitting area. (winter gas heating of the pool is available upon 48 hours advance request for a $550 extra charge for the first 5 days, then $100/ day after that).
• The garage accommodates three full-size cars with an EV charger, and we also have a foosball table inside the garage.
NO DOGS OR PETS (no exceptions), including service and assistance animals, are allowed on the property at any time, since this would create a health and safety hazard for the owners who have severe allergies.
Standard Amenity Availability Disclaimer:
While we take great care to maintain all onsite amenities to a high standard, peripheral amenities—including pool heating, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and BBQ—may occasionally experience maintenance or operational issues, sometimes due to prior guest use. Should an issue arise, we will communicate transparently and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. However, due to short turnaround windows between stays, repairs may not always be completed prior to your arrival.
In the uncommon event that an advertised amenity is unavailable during your stay, a courtesy credit of up to $80 per day per affected amenity may be offered. No additional compensation, refunds, or trip adjustments will apply. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept this policy.
Guest access
Private Entrance. You have easy access to the entire home including the yard.
There is a relatively steep and narrow long driveway from the street that leads up to the garage and house.
There is a MAXIMUM LIMIT of 3 CARS per reservation. Please do not block the driveway entry at the street or the top by the garage. There are free street parking.
Other things to note
For both parties' protection and peace of mind, we ask guests to sign a renter agreement upon booking. This ensures clarity and understanding for your stay. If you have any concerns or are uncomfortable with this, we completely understand and offer the option to cancel within 24 hours of booking. However, most guests find this process straightforward and reassuring.
