Our recently redecorated carriage house, with its spacious upstairs loft/downstairs kitchen floor plan, is centrally located in downtown Decatur and an easy 5 min. walk to the wonderful shops, bars, and restaurants on the Square. Quick access to all that Atlanta has to offer via the MARTA rail just a short walk away. Enjoy the newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, new central heat and A/C, new queen bed and stylish decor. On-site parking available.

There is only one bathroom and it is located upstairs as well; it does have its own door for privacy. If a guest is sleeping downstairs on the twin-sized sofa bed, they will have to go upstairs to use the bathroom, so parties larger than 2 should be aware that sharing the space and bathroom upstairs is inescapable.
