Stylish, lovingly furnished and very quiet, yet only a 5-minute walk from Pfaffenhofen's main square. Warm colors, lots of wood and cozy lighting on 68 sqm, ideal for families, couples and business travelers.

Free underground parking right in the building, balcony with garden view, fully equipped kitchen with a bean-to-cup coffee machine, Netflix and even a free bicycle. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance, Munich is about 30 minutes by train.

THE APARTMENT
Apartment Bavaria is lovingly furnished with warm materials and atmospheric lighting. Despite the central location, only about 5 minutes on foot from the main square, the apartment is very quiet, with no traffic noise.

The apartment sleeps up to 6 people. Especially comfortable for 4 to 5 adults or 4 adults with 2 children.

Your free underground parking spot is waiting right in the building. Restaurants, cafés and supermarkets are an easy walk away, as is the main square with its shops. If you like running or walking, you will find lovely routes right outside the door, such as the local fitness trail.

Pfaffenhofen is also an ideal base for day trips: from the train station, which is within walking distance, you reach Munich Central Station in about 30 minutes, so Oktoberfest and the Munich trade fair are easy to reach as well. Ingolstadt (Audi) is about a 25-minute drive. This makes the apartment ideal for business stays and project teams too. Feel free to message me about longer stays.
