Ralph's home is very nice with the view of the gulf. It was about a 10 minute drive to Carrabelle for restaurants. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets off the two balconies! Great place!

Your place was just beautiful! Very clean and very spacious! Everything we needed was right at our finger tips! The view from the balconies were relaxing. Although we didn't relax as much as I had hoped... There was certainly plenty to do…we spent a day at Alligator pointe swimming, catching and releasing starfish, collecting shells and watching dolphins play in the bay. We also rented a pontoon boat and spent a day on the Carrabelle river….we saw a Manatee, and a Black Bear swimming across the river! Our last day we went into Apalachicola, a cute little town and ate at Up the Creek Raw Bar! Great oysters and shrimp. Other restaurants we went to: The Fisherman’s Wife, the owners are lovely and the food is great, and The Pearl, had great breakfast. Wish we had stayed longer. We really enjoyed ourselves By the Sea! Thank you Ralph, for sharing your beautiful home :)

Ralph's condo was pristine and much larger than the pictures show. The condo was very clean and he provided us with everything we could possibly need. The view of the ocean is breath-taking. It was so peaceful to wake up in the mornings and sit on the deck. We were in need of a relaxing and easy vacation, and this condo was the perfect place.

We had a great time staying at this place. The private fishing pier was definitely the highlight of this trip. We were fishing there in the early morning and at night. We even caught a few sizable red drum, and saw people catching flounders. There was an elevator (kind of slow) to the place we stayed, and hence it was fully handicap accessible. The house was clean and got great views to the bay. The host Ralph sent us detailed instructions on how to find this place. The map points you to the wrong place about half mile to the east. There was no cell phone service (T-Mobile). The wifi was broken in the first day but after a router reboot it worked great for the rest time. Overall it was an excellent experience and we would love the chance to be back again in the future.
