The photos are accurate. The privacy was appreciated and Glenda responded to my texts within a reasonable period of time. I didn't see anyone else staying on my floor the entire time I was there. If you're independent and ok with not seeing the host face-to-face, then this is the place for you.

Not a good experience as almost everyone says. Host rarely reachable by phone, kitchen ad room not so cleaned (even if the bathroom was, at least). Room with desk and chair almost broken, low-speed wifi. Only good point: room position.

My stay at Glenda's went very well and the location is great. I loved the afro-american art all over the place. I would definitely recommend it

To meet Glenda personally was not possible, as I worked that days in New York and had to stay in the office almost till midnight, but Glenda always immediately respond to emails. Cozy room with a large bed, clean bathroom, the kitchen has everything you need. The apartment is located in a quiet side street, near the metro and the Museum-Estate of Alexander Hamilton.
