A cozy and warm house in the historic center of Pescocostanzo; a medieval village rich in art, history and a centuries-old culinary tradition. Recommended for families and couples who want to spend a pleasant holiday in total tranquility and with the convenience of being a stone's throw from all the places of interest in the town.

The space
To get the access to the apartment you have to open a condo door and go up a flight of stairs.

The house consists in 2 large and bright double bedrooms that overlook a pretty square on the side of the street; the first with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe; the second with single beds and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine that can be used as needed. The living area includes a sitting room with a HD TV corner sofa and a dining table that comfortably accommodates 4 people and a nice kitchen equipped with everything you need.

You are allowed to arrive by car and park it for unloading luggage while respecting the times of the pedestrian area set by the municipality.
