Fabulous beach home 5th house from the shore. This newly renovated 4BR/2BA main house boasts an open floor concept, fireplace, gourmet kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, over-sized refrigerator, beautiful countertops & cabinetry, eat in kitchen, & central AC. Enjoy ocean views from the front porch, essential outdoor shower, & luxurious soaks in the custom bathtub under a skylight after a long day. 20x25 back patio is equipped with a brand new grill and ample space for outdoor entertainment.

2 bedrooms and a full bathroom are conveniently located on the first floor; the second floor features 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom, including custom walk in shower & stand alone bathtub.

Also available via a separate reservation: the carriage house features include counter top dining, updated kitchen and newly renovated bathroom. 1 spacious bedroom and a full bath are located on the first floor. The carriage house comfortably sleeps 4. Please inquire if you have a larger party.

Utilities + high speed internet (1GB) are included. 4 Belmar beach badges (summer season), 4 beach chairs, and umbrella are included with your stay during the summer season.
