Nice fully furnished studio with great ocean and mountain views. The studio is a ten-minute walk from the beach. It is fully equipped for three people. It consists of a spacious and comfortable double sofa-bed, plus a bed for two people. It also has a bathroom and separate kitchen and a great terrace for breakfast,lunch and dinner if you want. They also have a reception for any questions. Perfect for a few days of relaxation on the Costa del Sol!

The space
Nice studio near the beach and in a quiet, comfortable area. The studio is fully prepared for a pleasant stay for 3 people, even 4 people if requested ( children too) .Train television,air conditioning, equipped kitchen. Thank you.

The building consists of five pools ( Normally they work from March/April to September included,but due to the drought this year it is still closed) In addition to an ample of green areas to relax and do sports. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk away. The train station is a 10-minute walk away as well, from there you can go to anywhere else on the Costa del Sol.
It also consists of two laundromats,one in the building from the back and the other just across from it.
As for parking, there is free parking just outside the building, although it is a common area for all tenants.

Other things to note
There are all kinds of services in the area: banks, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, parks, etc. And Puerto Marina( the marina) 20 minutes walk. Or you can simply take the buses that pass every 15 mins M-110 and M-112. The famous El Bil-Bil Castle is a 10-minute walk. The bonito Castillo de Colomares is 15 mins by car,taxi, Uber, etc., and 30 on the bus M-103 and M-121(they are taken in the same Avenida Gamonal ) In Benalmádena is the amusement park of the Tivoli World, the Selwo Marina, etc.
