Really lovely studio apartment perfect for a couple and really good value for money. Pizzeria Remo (about a 5 min walk away) was fantastic with large beers at only €4.50 and Testaccio generally is a great area away from the usual tourist masses.

JD and Jho's studio flat is a great little apartment in an area with close proximity to Piramide metro station and within 20 minutes walking distance of the colosseum and the forum. There's a few great restaurants dotted around the flat, as well as a grocery store on the same street. The kitchen was well equipped which allowed for us to cook our own meals on nights when we wanted a quiet evening to ourselves. JD and Jho also emailed us an itinerary of places to see and eat while we were staying in their apartment, as well as directions from the airport. Only downsides were the fact that the apartment is located right next to the gate into the complex so was very noisy. It was difficult to sleep outside of the hours of midnight to 7am. The wifi was also fairly unreliable and required a reset fairly regularly. There's also a daily data allowance of usage. There is also no television in the apartment. Overall though, great little apartment for a city break.

Very nice flat in great location (try the little coffee place on the main street, fantastic!!). After a little hick-up for the key collection, all went smooth and perfectly satisfying. Can definitely recommend this place.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts, great location as we were able to walk to most of the sights, or just as easily get the bus/metro. Apartment is very clean, however it's really quite noisy but that's to be expected in the middle of town

Great location away from hussle and bussle of more central areas of Rome yet only a short walk to Pyramid metro. We spent a wonderful evening in a local bar and a morning wandering around a lovely market just down the road. If we'd have had more time we would have loved to explore the local area even more. The apartment is spacious and well suited for a couple. The air conditioning was very welcome and appreciated. There are plenty of windows for light but as the apartment is located on ground floor it was preferable to keep them closed for privacy. The apartment is situated next to the front gate which isn't ideal if you are a light sleeper, however during the night very few ppl came and went and it is a quiet building. Wifi is a fabulous bonus! Jhoselin & Juan sent loads of information about sights in Rome, points of interest and left guidebooks/leaflets for info for us. They were fantastic at communicating before and during the stay. Many thanks :)

Jhoselin and Juan Diego were great hosts for us and the apartment was in a perfect location. Walking distance to the Metro and in the heart of Testaccio they helped us with tips and hints of what to do and see in Rome. Will definitely stay again when we come back to Rome! Thank you!

Jhoselin and Juan Diego were very welcoming and the studio loft is a great little find, and in a very lively and typical area of Rome. The studio was a great base for me use while looking for a flat. I definitely recommend it for people staying in Rome for a longer period of time. It's good to have your own place!
