About this listing
Fantastic apartment with everything you need. It is located in the vibrant Nørrebro, but on a quiet street. We would love to host while you experience Copenhagen!
Our beautiful apartment offers everything you need. Lovely large bright living room, with a good view. Great record collection, which of course is free of charge. Fine corridor which leads into the bedroom. In here is a large double bed with look down to our lovely common garden - which you have free access to.
The kitchen and bathroom are really in Nørrebro, Copenhagen style. Both are small but functional. The kitchen contains all that is needed; gas oven, fridge-freezer, and all necessary facilities and so on.
To avoid one should stand on the toilet to bathe, we've got a nice shower with good hot water placed in the kitchen. It works really well.
We currently have scaffolding around the building. It has no bearing on the light and you can still stay in the backyard.
As a guest in our home, you have access to the entire apartment as it is only rented out when we ourselves are traveling.
We will provide sheets and bed linen. Our foods must not be used, except for spices in the spice shelf :)
Interaction with guests
Since we only rent out when we ourselves are away, the primary contact will be by email.
Other things to note
We live just next to the cozy cafe "Røde Rose // KAFFEBAR" which is shown in our pictures. We've made a deal with the cafe so our guests gets 10% discount on breakfast and coffee.
Since we live in a complex with families and people who go to work and to school, it is important that the sound level is muted at 22pm.
Parties, animals and smoke are not allowed.
Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.

We are a young couple who appreciate to travel and see the world.
On a daily basis we both are students at the Roskilde University and the University of Copenhagen.
Our families live in Århus, so when we visit them, we also rent the apartment out. Typically it is just for a weekend.
