DoMo Nishi-Shinjuku is a brand-new elevator apartment in a quiet alley. It is close to the prime location of Shinjuku City Hall. The subway exit is surrounded by five-star hotels and there are many cafes and restaurants. The nearby streets are full of urban and lively styles. After getting off the tram or limousine bus, you can walk to DoMo within ten minutes, and you can reach DoMo Hometel A by turning into the alley in two minutes from the subway Nishi-Shinjuku Station exit.
The space
This house is about 26 square meters and it can accommodate up to two adults or two adults plus one child. All houses are equipped with heating and cooling air conditioners, wet and dry washing machines, showers and bathrooms with heating, TV stations with 15 channels, and closets. Due to we couldn't let you to specify the room type, will arrange for you to stay in any room in the photo based on the current condition of the room. A-Dining table and chairs / B-Sofa and tea table.
1. We provide complete toiletries: towels, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste.
2. We provide professional cleaning services: special cleaning; bed sheets, quilts, and pillowcases are all washed and ironed by professional laundromats.
Guest access
1. Kitchen : Soup pots, woks, dishes, cutlery, microwave, refrigerator, dish soap.
2. Living room :Provide sofa, coffee table, bed, TV, air conditioner.
3. Bathroom equipment : Hairdryer, drying function, towels, toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap are provided.
4. Laundry equipment :Washing machine provided.

Check-in time: after 4:00 p.m
Check-out time: before 11 am
Please inform us of your arrival time. If you need to be early or late, please mention it when you book the room.
If you arrive early, you can store your luggage at the DOMO HOTEL counter (7am-10pm) which is close to Higashi Shinjuku station.
We also cooperate with Airporter to provide luggage delivery service from our B&B to airport (need to drop off at our partner DOMO HOTEL )

【Cancellation/Change Policy-Before the check in】
Once payment for the reservation has been completed, the Facility (including all affiliated properties under its operation) will secure the reserved room for the Guest and suspend further sales of that room. If the guest cancels the entire or partial reservation due to personal reasons, a handling fee of at least 15% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
1. Completion of the reservation is deemed as the Guest’s agreement to this Cancellation Policy.
Even a change of stay dates is subject to cancellation fees; Guests are advised to fully understand and agree to these terms before booking.
2. Cancellation fees shall be calculated based on the timing of cancellation as follows:
From booking date up to 90 days before check-in,15% of accommodation fee.
From booking date up to 30 days before check-in,50% of accommodation fee.
From booking date up to 14 days before check-in,70% of accommodation fee.
From booking date up to 7 days before check-in,100% of accommodation fee.
【Cancellation/Change Policy-After the check in】
If the guest wants to change the check-out date after check-in, the refund will be progressively charged based on the guest's check-out date.
For room charges from the 1st to the 3rd day (including the 3rd day) after the check-out date, 100% of the room rate will be charged.
For room charges from the 4th to the 7th day (including the 7th day) after the check-out date, 70% of the room rate will be charged.
For room charges from the 8th to the 14th day (including the 14th day) after the check-out date, 50% of the room rate will be charged.
For room charges from the 15th to the 30th day (including the 30th day) after the check-out date, 15% of the room rate will be charged.
More than 31 days after the check-out date, 10% of the room rate will be charged.
【Cancellation/Change Policy-Postponement of Stay】
If a flight is canceled due to natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, the Guest may submit relevant documentation to request a postponement. Upon confirmation, the Facility will retain the accommodation fee for three months, during which the Guest may reschedule their stay.
