The space
The cabin is original to the property, but has been thoughtfully renovated offering guests a peek into the area’s rich history with all the modern amenities to ensure a luxurious stay. This once rustic cabin has been reclaimed with a style-forward approach and every detail attended to with great care and creativity. It is charming, colorful, and comfortable.

A plush queen-sized bed beckons. Nestle in and gaze up at the clear night sky through a skylight placed directly overhead.

The fully stocked kitchenette includes a June oven, hotplate, and mini-fridge and freezer. And, because a hot cup of coffee always tastes better in the woods, you’ll find plenty of options for brewing just the right one. Choose between the nespresso machine, pour over set-up or french press and savor every sip.

Local wood crafters Anna Baker (breakfast nook, handmade benches and red pine countertops) and Jeff Camplese of Rising Sun Woodworking, (custom cabinetry) have seamlessly and stylishly incorporated these stunning natural elements into the fabric of the cabin. Their artistry adds noticeable character and depth to the space.

The cabin is equipped with a smart home system to easily control automatic blinds and lights. The smart thermostat allows you to easily and conveniently tailor the space to your liking. Heated floors ensure ultimate comfort throughout the cabin and the wood stove makes for a perfect cozy night in during the colder months. During the warmer season, air conditioning is available.

The private deck is complete with an outdoor shower and side by side soaking tubs. Submerged in the pristine water in the middle of the forest, protected by far-reaching pines offers unimaginable peace and serenity.

FAQ
--Is this a PRIVATE cabin?--
Yes, the cabin is very cozy and private, however the property is a shared space with other Airbnb's as well as a shared gym/gear room.

--How/what time of year do the OUTDOOR TUBS work?--
The tubs are filled using a hot water spigot outside and stay warm for about 20-30 minutes. You can continue filling them for a longer soak. There is an information sheet in the welcome binder with detailed instructions. The tubs are best enjoyed during late Spring through early Fall.

--Is FIREWOOD provided?--
Yes, firewood will be provided during your stay.

The neighborhood is off the beaten path and surrounded by the extraordinary Helena National Forest. It's peaceful, quiet, and secluded. At the same time, you will be close to town (5 miles, 5 minutes) for easy access to groceries, restaurants, and any other provisions to suit your fancy.

Please be aware and considerate that you are indeed surrounded by National Forest and it's wild inhabitants. Deer, moose, mountain lions, and bears have all made an appearance in the surrounding neighborhood. These creatures are beautiful to behold, but you must never approach a wild animal. If you hike alone be sure to make some noise every now and then and carry bear spray with you for added safety measures.
