Parking is only at the road, long walk (300ft) to get to the camper (back behind the trailer). No driveway & yard stays muddy (easy to get your vehicle stuck). The camper has remodeling inside; it is quaint, cozy, private, & awesome. A full mattress & Smart TV in the bedroom, basic air mattress for the living room. Mini fridge & microwave. Bathroom is small but there's a good toilet & shower. The roof lashings might slap the sides when windy. Please add pets as extra guests
