Exclusive, modern and modular apartment. It has comfort and functionality for a couple or family who want to be in a quiet place to rest, close to the market, restaurant and strategic location for the region's main tourist attractions. It comfortably accommodates 5 people in the 2 beds in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room. An extra mattress is available. Excellent opportunity for those who favor cost-effectiveness. The entire electrical network in SC is 220 volts.

Note: We reinforce this information because when the word container is spoken, some people only know the narrow, ugly and hot structures. Not being aware of Environmental Modular Architecture (already present in several countries in Europe and the USA). When they get to know our building, they are impressed by the differentiated space, comfort and aesthetics that our apartments offer.
