Welcome to your escape in Ouray! This Alpenglow condo is in an amazing location, offering the privacy of staying just off the main drag, while close enough to walk to town. The condo offers a bedroom with a queen bed, and a 2nd room set up as an office. Wake up to enjoy coffee on the balcony before heading out to explore. After your adventures, enjoy a beverage on the patio while you grill up some dinner, or cozy up in the living room with the gas fireplace and a movie. Dogs ok, FEE APPLIES.

The space
Pick up breakfast to go from Artisan Bakery and enjoy your coffee and pastry on the patio. Walk to Basecamp Ouray and set up all of your climbing adventures. Or, catch a cultural event at the Wright! All are on the same block as the condo.

This condo is dog friendly, however an additional fee of $100 per stay applies. We will allow up to two well-behaved dogs. If you are staying less than 2 nights please contact me as we may be able to work with you on the pet fee. Please contact me when booking to pay the pet fee.

The kitchen offers a fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. There is NO DISHWASHER. If you plan to do a lot of cooking you will need to hand wash your dishes. There are two stools to eat at the kitchen counter.

Living room offers a couch, gas fireplace, and WiFi enabled television.

Bedroom offers a queen sized bed, WiFi enabled television, dresser, and balcony.

Office has a dedicated workspace with a 2nd screen. This room is it's own space with a door, offering privacy for video or conference calls. No one wants to work on vacation, but, if you have the flexibility to do so we have made it extremely easy with a large HP screen; just bring your laptop!

Patio has seating and a gas grill. Grilling tools are also available.

There are so many great places to eat and play in Ouray. On the south side of town by Alpenglow you can have breakfast and lunch at Artisan Bakery. Red Mountain Brewing offers excellent food, don't be fooled by the 'brewery' in their name, the menu is far more extensive than bar food. Colorado Boy is another local favorite offering pizza and Mexican food. Basecamp can set you up with local climbing adventures on the Via Ferrata or at the Ouray Ice Park. If you are looking for specific recommendations for your stay just let me know!

Hi, I'm Mia! My husband and I love the outdoors, which is why we chose two outdoor locations for our rental properties. We enjoy the skiing, hiking, biking and kayaking in the Breckenridge area. In Gatlinburg, we love visiting the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. People like to joke about us trading the massive Rockies for the smaller Smokies, but they are two very different areas! The Rockies are called that for a reason, and while we love them they're very gray, whereas we love the lush green and seasonal foliage we can see when we are in the Smokies. Whichever area you choose, I hope you enjoy your stay at one of our places!
