Must be returned at checkout. (max 8 wristbands per home) Although we sleep up-to 9 people, the clubhouse will only issue a max of 8 wristbands per home during your stay. Wristbands are only to enter the water Park. The rest of the resort is open for you and your guests.

This time is set to allow our cleaners time to prepare the home for you, please DO NOT arrive early without notifying Management. A $45 fee will be applied if approved. +Any Damage to the home directly caused by tenant (or their Guests) during rental period, will be charged to card on file. Each property is inspected prior and after all guest(s) arrival/departure. All existing damages if any are noted. Any damage after your departure will be charged.
Any damage MUST be reported to Management immediately.

Other things to note
Guest arrive at the Windsor Hills Resort Guard Gate off North Old Wilson Road.
Upon arrival, indicate your name to the Guards and they will run your name (name will have already been registered), show guard valid Driver’s License, at which time you’ll be provided with a guest/parking pass for the duration of your stay. The guest that booked the home, must be the guest checking in.
Make your way over to the unit, entry into the unit is via key pad enter code provided Below in this message.
At any point, guest can make their way over to the Visitor Centers Office where they can pick up their designated bands for water park entry.
