Great location, very recently refurbished in a very modern way. Very clean. Close to center and most attraction. Very happy with the host. Highly recommend this flat.

Peter was an absolutely great host; unfortunately did not have the pleasure to meet him, but he made sure to accommodate all my needs immediately without question! I felt extremely comfortable in the apartment, and loved how everything was very recently renovated. The location is perfect, Waterkant street is beautiful and boasts a number of restaurants/cafes, a shopping mall with a big Spar supermarket, a beauty salon, and a few boutiques. The entire area is guarded by security so definitely safe, but I encourage not to walk back home late in the evening (not alone at least) anywhere in Cape Town. The apartment is handled by the employees at a guest house near by whom are extremely friendly and always willing to help.

I was delighted to be the first guest to stay in this terrific apartment! It has a modern but comfortable feel and amenities to make a long-stay comfortable. The Waterkant neighborhood is welcoming with lots of shops and several tasty restaurants and bars. There is a gym nearby, but I easily took runs down along the stadium and coast. I also was able to walk about 15 minutes to the convention center. I stayed for a week and would definitely do it again. The apartment is actually affiliated with a nearby B&B with very friendly and competent staff. You get a daily cleaning service, the option of having breakfast, and the benefits of being able to ask tourist-type questions. Note the entrance of the apartment is actually on Waterkant Street, rather than Loader.
