The flat is only 5min from Notting Hill and Hyde Park and less than 10min from Oxford Street, Regents Street and Central London. Three separate tube lines within 5min walk from the flat - including Royal Oak (Hammersmith & City line and Circle line), Bayswater (District line) and Queensway (Central line).

Bayswater is centrally located in West London and part of the Borough of the City of Westminster.

It is located only a few minute walks to the popular Notting Hill, Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as walking distance to central London and iconic places such as Oxford Street, Regents Street, Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Covent Garden or Soho.

Transports wise, it is incredibly well connected: Three separate tube stations within 5min walk of the house, including Royal Oak (Hammersmith & City as well as District Line), Bayswater (Circle Line) and Queensway (Central Line).

The area is very residential and as such less busy than more touristy places, which makes for the perfect place to stay, especially if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street or Soho for a few hours.

Bayswater has tons of great cafés, lovely small restaurants and brunch places, as well as local shops, which give the area a great vibe.
