Seaviews and an indoor pool, what else do you need in a beach house? You've even got a path that leads straight down to Trebarwith Beach! The property is split across two levels, and everyone has ample room to spread out and relax. The large open-plan living room and the kitchen are brilliant for sociable dinners or enjoying a morning cup of tea in peace and quiet. All the mod cons you need to cook up hearty meals are: find a modern oven and hob, dishwasher, and coffee machine.

The space
Fully renovated and painted in 2021, this house is only rented out for five weeks of the year. to minimise wear and tear, all outside garden paving areas were updated in 2023
