This apartment has stunning views of the Amish farmland - it is surrounded by Amish farms and you will constantly see horse and buggies and Amish children go by on scooters right out the front door.

The roads directly outside your doorstep are some of the best in the area for a scenic walk or bike ride. There is an Amish one room school house less than a mile down the road and you pass numerous Amish farms on the way there.

There is a beautiful outdoor deck and private backyard with patio and fire-pit along with beautiful landscaping and unparalleled views of the countryside.

The spacious and elevated backyard deck provides stunning views over the neighboring Amish farm and offers beautiful sunrise and spectacular sunset views.

The apartment is located only 15 minutes from downtown Lancaster city.

Only 5 minutes from sight and sound theater. (And you can use back roads to avoid traffic).

It’s less than 10 minutes from Bird in Hand and Intercourse which are two of the most popular towns in the area for Amish related sightseeing.

The apartment is on the second floor with two private parking spaces reserved just for you.

The apartment, deck and backyard are completely private and will be all yours to use. There is beautiful landscaping, built-in seating, led landscape lighting and a firepit with firewood to use.

This is the perfect location to be close to all of the attractions that Lancaster has to offer, but it is also remote and very quiet.

The apartment is surrounded by Amish farms but only minutes from every major attraction in Lancaster.
