Please note that Long Beach can be really hot in summer. There is no AC IN THE UNIT, however, a fan is provided. Let the host know if additional fan is needed. There are times when the Wi-Fi connection intermittently cuts in and out.

Washer and dryer (for free - please provide your own laundry detergent) located in the garage shared by other guests

Bicycles are available for free also located in the garage. These bicycles are being shared by other guests so it’s first come first serve. Use the bicycles at your own risk.

Zen Garden is right outside your door and shared by other guests as well.

Other things to note
Parking for 2 cars on the property driveway is first come first serve. However, plenty of free street parking. Please note, Fridays are street sweeping day on the side of the property so please make sure to park on the other side of the street on that day or other non-street sweeping areas. Please also move the trash bins (located on the driveway) to the curb on Tuesday nights for Wednesday trash day and please move them back to the driveway after. Thank you.

We offer Smart TVs and WiFi for streaming your preferred apps, as local cable service is not available.

Our home is nestled with backyard gardens and, like any residence, it's normal to occasionally have bugs such as ants or spiders, especially in summer. If anyone in your group has allergies to potential bug bites, this may not be the ideal place, or please take precautionary measures.

Please note that Long Beach can be really hot in summer. There is NO AC in the unit, however a fan is provided. Let the host know if additional fan is needed.
