Dubbed "Retro Row," 4th Street is where the vibrancy and creative spirit of Long Beach lives! 4th Street features vintage & contemporary clothing, furniture & accessories, art, antiques & collectibles, books, roller skates & skate boards as well as a locally owned restaurants, coffee shops and wine bars.

This unit is a large studio in the back of the property complete from kitchenette to spa-like bathroom and very generous walk in closet. Please look at the pictures and you will see it.

The space
Large studio with chick living room and a kitchenette. Spacious spa-like bathroom with large tub not to mention a generous walk in closet. The room is right by a relaxing zen garden being shared with other guests where you can relax, unwind or simply meditate any time of day. Please note that Long Beach can be really hot in summer. A fan is provided. Let the host know if additional fan is needed.

Zen Garden at the center of the property shares by other guests as well.

Washer and dryer (for free - please provide your own laundry detergent) located in the garage shared by other guests.

3 bicycles are available for free use also located in the garage. These bicycles are being shared by the other guests so its first come first serve.

Other things to note
Parking for 2 cars on the property driveway is first come first serve. However, plenty of free street parking. Please note, Fridays are street sweeping day on the side of the property so please make sure to park on the other side of the street on that day or other non-street sweeping areas. Please also move the trash bins (located on the driveway) to the curb on Tuesday nights for Wednesday trash day and please move them back to the driveway after. Thank you.

We offer Smart TVs and WiFi for streaming your preferred apps, as local cable service is not available.

Our home is nestled with backyard gardens and, like any residence, it's normal to occasionally have bugs such as ants or spiders, especially in summer. If anyone in your group has allergies to potential bug bites, this may not be the ideal place, or please take precautionary measures.

Please note that Long Beach can be really hot in summer. A fan is provided. Let the host know if additional fan is needed.
