This unique space is actually two linked apartments, each a one-bedroom with its own kitchen and bathroom, separated by a sound-proof door. It's in a prime location near Plaza Palermo Viejo, Plaza Serrano, Salon Canning and La Viruta (milonga). Please note this is a non-smoking apartment.
The bedroom in unit 25 can be configured with the two beds attached to form a single queen-sized bed. Please let us know if this is your preference.

The space
A great space for for families traveling together, with beds for 4 adults and 2 children. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other two single beds that can be joined. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and personal safes to store valuables. Both bathrooms have a bidet and tub with shower. Dual heating and A/C units (splits) are in the dining/living areas. The kitchenettes have standard appliances, with a dishwasher in one and a washing machine in the other. Each living room has a sofabed. A deck offers glorious views of the city.

An additional charge of USD 25 will be applied when the check in is between the hours of 10pm and 8am or if the guest is one hour or more late to the check in appointment. The same amount (USD 25) applies to check outs that are scheduled between the hours of 10pm and 8am.

Palermo Viejo or, as more recently renamed, Palermo Soho is an amazing mix of the old and the new of Buenos Aires. It's very tourist-friendly with a bevy of wonderful restaurants, clubs, bars, international cafes, and fashionable clothing stores, but retains the feel of a liveable Buenos Aires barrio with its local produce stores and bakeries, hardware stores, tranquil plazas and traditional milongas. Salon Canning is across the road for those looking for some historic tango, and just up the road are the Eco Parque, the Bosques de Palermo, the Japanese Garden and the planetarium.

We are university professors living in Philly (USA). We travel often for work, pleasure and/or family. Richard's favourite book is Catch-22, his favourite movie is Brazil, and he loves a good vindaloo (or chiles en nogada). Tulia's favorite book is "100 años de Soledad", her favorite movie is "Esperando la carroza" and she loves an asado en cruz. Richard's current working motto is "if you want to learn something, try teaching it" (a more positive variation on "those who can't do, teach"). Tulia's favorite mottos are "live and learn" and "más vale tarde que nunca"--but you can't ask why. We love hosting guests in our home-away-from-home in Buenos Aires and sharing the spectacular sunsets and views of the city you can enjoy from our apartment's balcony.
