Built in 1906 and stylishly updated, this secluded hillside gem offers sweeping views of NYC, the Statue of Liberty, and bridges that sparkle like jewels at night. It provides, elegance, unforgettable scenery—ideal for a romantic retreat, creative recharge, or simply breathing deep in total privacy. Every sunrise and sunset feels like a painting.

Originally built in 1906 and thoughtfully updated with modern luxuries, this secluded hillside estate promises total tranquility with breathtaking panoramic views of the iconic skylines of Manhattan, Jersey City, and Brooklyn.
From sunrise to nightfall, the vistas are truly mesmerizing. With no neighbors in sight, you’ll enjoy unmatched peace, space, and seclusion.

Entrances are controlled with smart locks and the place can be access via smart App and entrance codes.

This is a very special place because of the unique location and exceptional build quality. It was built in early 1900 by Artist Frederick Stone. The structure is made of steel and concrete.
I lived in this place for over 10 very inspirational years and enjoyed every moment. I’ve updated it to the current living standards with modern fixtures, brand new appliances, new furniture and lots of LOVE and personal touches.
To comply with the NYC Laws, this listing shall not accommodate more rentees in a registered dwelling unit at the same time than allowed pursuant to § 27-2004 of the housing maintenance code (currently up to 2) and the host must maintain a common household with a rentee. Please message me with any questions. Additional space available and more guests can be accomodated at my other listings.
