A newly renovated SMALL leafy one bedroom unit near the beach.

Enjoy a private, sunny and relaxing experience centrally located near Kings Beach, ocean baths, walking trails, bars, cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Bring your surf board and walking shoes!

This unit offers a beautiful space for R&R. Large TV, Netflix, WiFi, full kitchen and laundry facilities.

Please note: There is no balcony or outdoor seated area with the unit BUT the beach is a 3 minute walk. NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN.

The space
The unit is small but recently renovated. It is bright and airy with many plants.
One bedroom with a plush double bed. A full kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm, including an air fryer and full fridge! The coffee machine is stocked with pods, sugar and milk.

There is a breakfast bar with 2 stools but no dinning table.

The loungeroom is set up for chilling, including 2 foot stools, a large tv, Netflix and of course WiFi.

The bathroom is new and modern and stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

There is a laundry next to the unit (shared with my lovely neighbour), fully stocked with laundry liquid, iron and board.
