Kick back and relax in this cozy 3-bedroom abode! We pride ourselves in creating a clean space where you can enjoy the comforts of home. This unit is on a quiet street in the small town of Pleasant Gap, only 10 minutes to Penn State University and downtown State College. In close proximity to many restaurants and shopping. There are quite a few state parks in the area, including Rothrock and Bald Eagle State Parks. Within walking distance to CATA bus stop. We accept and welcome monthly stays!

The space
This bright 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath has all you need for a comfortable stay! There is one queen bed and 2 full beds. You are in close proximity to a variety of restaurants but if you choose to stay in and cook, you will be able to do so in the fully stocked kitchen. After a day exploring all that the State College area has to offer, relax on the comfortable sectional sofa, watching your favorite show on the roku tv (bring your own subscriptions). On those warmer Pennsylvania nights, sit around the bonfire in the back yard.
