We hope you will enjoy my 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home located in Boiling Spring Lakes. It is conveniently located 7 miles from Oak Island and Southport and less than 30 miles from Wilmington. Close enough to enjoy but far enough away to be quiet and comfortable. You will find games for family fun and high speed broadband wireless along with streaming. Privacy fence is on 3 sides. a large fenced in dog lot. A fire pit perfect for family fun roasting hot dogs and marshmellows.

The master bedroom has a QUEENbed, guest has a QUEEN bed. There is a small bedroom with a QUEEN.

Neighbourhood highlights

The neighborhood consist of well maintained homes. Boiling Spring Lakes has a community center only 3 miles away that has an exercise room and active senior center. We also have some excellent locally owned restaurants. BSL is a thriving community close to the beaches and Wilmington. We are home to over 50 lakes and the big lake hopefully will be back soon!
