Guests have full and complete private usage of the entire one bedroom apt suite with a full kitchen, dining, separate bedroom and bathroom. 100% of the space is used for guests. Walking paths on property along the waterfront and nature trail. Cozy seating area with fire pit and BBQ grill right on the bayou. Fishing and water sports available. Bayou and all green spaces south of parking lot.

Guest access
Several acres to walk, jog, bike and enjoy. Close to Rouses Grocery, Neighborhood Walmart, 4 drug stores, 2 restaurants on site and 6 restaurants all within half a mile. Just the perfect location to anywhere in Gulfport or Biloxi and to everything on the Coast. Private Parking and bring your boat, private dock in bayou and access to the Gulf.

Other things to note
Yard, green spaces, Bayou, Firepit down by water about 200 feet south of parking lot. Outdoor seating areas in adjacent open areas.
