Come stay in our beautiful large 1 bedroom condo! Located in a 32 unit condo complex in Salt Lake City. Free wifi and internet access. Large flat screen TV with cable. Free covered onsite parking and a fully stocked kitchen. 7 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport, 10 minutes from downtown Salt Lake, and 30 minutes from Park City. Many activities within 30 minutes: skiing, rock climbing, hiking, fishing, boating, biking, ATV's, and many other options.

The space
The bedroom has a king size bed with a walk in closet. The common area has 2 sofa's. The full size kitchen has a microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher along with dishes and pots and pans for cooking. We own all the units in the condo complex and expect a wholesome quality, quiet environment from everyone. You will have 2 assigned parking spots. Coin operated laundry located on the property. We do not allow gatherings or parties! This condo is perfect for business, families, and friends coming to enjoy what Utah has to offer.
