Designed for comfort and intimacy, our cozy little cabin can accommodate up to 4 guests. We believe that the ideal group size is 2 or 3 for an unforgettable experience. While we are happy to host 4, keep in mind that the space will be cozier with just 2 or 3 guests.

- Guests will enjoy EXCLUSIVE ACCESS to the tiny house during their stay.
- Detailed check-in instructions will be sent 3 days prior to arrival.
- A unique door code will be provided to guests to easily access the tiny house upon arrival, eliminating the need for in-person key handover.
- Convenient free level parking directly in front of tiny house for up to 2 cars.
- Free complimentary Wi-Fi provided. Code will be included in electronic guidebook which will be provided in our welcome message sent prior to check-in.

By booking this listing you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- A sign rental agreement must be signed which will be emailed upon booking tiny cabin.
- Guests must be 21 or older to book.
- Max occupancy is 4 persons
- Maximum of 2 Vehicles allowed.
- No Pets allowed. Bringing a pet of any kind you will result in an additional $100, and you will be asked to leave.
- No Smoking: Smoking is Strictly Prohibited Inside Bella’s Tiny House Retreat.
- Must drive up gravel driveway to park in flat gravel parking area directly in front of tiny house.
- Must be able to climb up and down ladder to sleep in loft. Owner is not responsible for any injuries that may occur from use of ladder in tiny house. May NOT be suitable for older adults.
- A starter of toilet paper and paper towels is provided. You may need to purchase additional supplies.
- Walmart is a 12 minute drive from the tiny cabin. Instacart is a convenient option if you happen to forget anything.
- The hot tub is for guests 21 and over only. Please refrain from using the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or narcotics for your safety. Pregnant woman and elderly persons should consult their doctor before use. Use the hot tub at your own risk.
-NO Partying, Loud music, or Large gatherings allowed at any time. Please be respectful of nearby neighbor.
-NO Fireworks
- Check-in begins at 4pm on dates of reservation and will end at 10am on check-out date. We can occasionally allow for early check-ins and will inform you if tiny house is ready prior to 4pm.
- Please note that our charming tiny cabin is nestled on a serene 1-acre property across from one other cabin. While the tiny cabin offers a secluded and peaceful retreat from the lively tourist town, you may occasionally see neighbors across the way.
- Tiny house is on a well, but has a top-of-the line filtration system for all water coming into the home.
- Please note that aluminum foil, condiments, zip locks, and charcoal are not provided.
- Absolutely NO fires indoors or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will incur $100 charge plus damages.
- Although we RARELY see bears, a friendly neighborhood dog may stop by and greet you to ensure your having a 5-star stay. He is a very sweet boy, but if you have a fear please take this into consideration before booking.
- Tiny house is in the mountains so cell service may be spotty.
- There are some winding roads leading to the cabin.
- Tiny house is in the mountains/ forests, so you may see bugs or critters. We do our best to maintain the cabin with regular pest control, but due to the surroundings, if doors are left open, or if food is left outside, this can attract critters.
You will receive an electronic house manual prior to check-in that will provide everything you need to know about the tiny house to ensure a comfortable stay.
