We are not staying in the same apartment building, so guests will have the entire apartment to themselves and exclusive privacy during their stay. Should guests require any assistance, we can be reached by phone or email at anytime between 09:00-17:00. Also, 24/7 staff at front desk in the Main Lobby can be contacted by either phone (number will be provided) or approach them to send on-duty technician/ engineer to the apartment, to provide help/ or with technical assistance such as electricity, water problem etc.
