Located an easy 10 minute drive to the center of Lakes Entrance for all your shopping needs and a 5 minute drive to the ocean beach for surfing and or surf fishing. A short walk through the front gate of the property gives you private access to the lake shoreline for fishing, canoeing or exploring the lake. Relaxing on the huge deck offers majestic lake views with an abundance of native birds. The undercover deck is very private and protected from the wind and rain, it has a spa for 6 people, a large couch and coffee table, large webber gas bbq, 8 seat dinning table and a foosball table.
