The Rè is the small stream that flows along the entire lawn surrounding this beautiful mountain chalet. Entirely rebuilt from scratch in the 2000s, it enjoys a privileged position. It stands at the foot of the woods so that you can fully enjoy the tranquility of nature but is also incredibly close to the center of the village, reachable on foot in 2 minutes. The apartment with its 90 sqm is located on the 1st and last floor. Spacious, bright and finely furnished, it will give you a magical stay!

The space
The house of about 90 square meters is located on the first floor of the four-family villa, offers a large living area with exposed beams, a fully equipped open-space kitchen and a large bathroom/laundry complete with toilet, shower and washing machine. The living room leads to the balcony that directly overlooks the large lawn facing the chalet.
The sleeping area has a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the woods, a double bedroom and a large bathroom with a well-finished shower.
A private area for ski/bicycle/luggage storage in the basement and a double parking space are also at your disposal.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal. The garden is shared by the 4 apartments that make up the property. You can use it safely but with education and discretion. The stairs and parking are common.

-10 min from Pinzolo ski resort: also reachable by bike path, it offers one of the most important ski resorts in the area. A village also famous for its large pine forest that houses a beautiful playground and a swimming pond. From Pinzolo you can also reach the famous Nardis waterfalls in Val di Genova.
-30 minutes from Madonna di Campiglio: famous destination for summer hiking and main part of the ski area (Pinzolo-Campiglio-Folgàrida-Marilleva). A stroll through its chic shop windows is a must.
-20 minutes from the Terme di Comano.
-25 minutes from Lake Roncone: a must for families, offering a beautiful walk around the lake, a playground and a pebble beach that comes alive during the summer.
