The space
The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however it does not have a pull-out bed.

Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, dedicated workspace, dining table, in-unit laundry, smart TV with Chromecast and Roku, complimentary Keurig coffee, and access to the building's shared rooftop lounge and gym

- Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs ~$20/day, with increased rates during events
- The garage has a vertical clearance of 8'2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans
- Metered street parking is also available directly outside the building on Juneau. If you park on the street overnight ask us for info on permits
Fees & deposit:
- Service fees of up to 20% will apply if you choose to book through 3rd party sites like Airbnb
- A flat rate cleaning fee applies to each reservation
- Bookings are subject to a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. If deposit is required, payment link will be messaged to you after the booking on Airbnb is confirmed
Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests are subject to availability
