The space
As you enter this private estate, you are surrounded by farms with no neighbors to disturb. This home is secluded and private, yet located just off of Interstate 74 in Fithian; halfway between Champaign and Danville. Only a 20 minute drive east of Champaign and the University of Illinois and a 20 minute drive west of Kickapoo State Park.

The home has two queen beds, and six twin bunk beds. There is an additional queen-sized air mattress available upon request. Fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs, as well as a charcoal grill on the patio. Bathrooms (1 upstairs, 1.5 downstairs) come with all of the necessary essentials. Clean towels, beach towels, and fresh linens are replenished between each stay. Central A/C and heating included for your comfort, with an additional portable A/C for the bunk room.

For the new moms, we offer a high chair, potty toilet seat attachment, a 3 in 1 Crib/Playpen so that you can be handsfree and enjoy the space.

Private lake is stocked with yellow bass, largemouth bass, crappie, bluegill, and the occasional catfish. We do offer a boating package and a fishing package for an additional fee: 2x canoes may be placed in the water for you upon arrival. 3x sets of kid's fishing poles with bait and 2x adult fishing poles are available for rent as well. Floating trampoline, lifevests for kids and adults and an assortment of floaties are available seasonally for no additional cost. Guests must agree to abide by rules & regulations for water safety, and agree to our release of liability agreement, located in the back of our guestbook.

Outdoor grill and a lakeside fire pit available for use. Firewood is available in the backyard shed. (Please abide by fire safety rules outlined below.)

While this is a place to disconnect and unwind, we do have strong cell phone service and WIFI. There is a basic TV in the home and plenty of inside board games and puzzles for the occasional rainy day.

Note: This property is a part of mother nature and comes with the inevitable critters and creatures of the wild. Beavers, deer, foxes, and even coyote have been known to frequent the property. Spiders, bugs, and other creepy crawlies live here too, and we do our best to keep them out of the home. We ask that you help too by always keeping the door to the patio closed behind you-- or they will come in and have their own party!

The house was recently repainted in Emerald Black, dont be surprise if it looks even better in person! =D .

We have two canoes for rent, 4 fishing poles for kids and 2 for adults and can be coordinate before check in.

This property is located in a farm, surrounded by rice fields. There is one house nearby but still far away from the main house. A true retreat where you dont have to worry about being disturb by other people but still accessible to all the necessities.
