The house provides guests with a comfortable and homely environment. The apartments are designed with modern finishes and an open plan layout, our property provides the amenities and environment that serves executive contemporary accommodation whilst creating an atmosphere that is luxurious and of high quality. There are 16 apartments in the mini estate, most of which are occupied by pleasant experts/consultants of renowed firms in Zambia, on a long-term basis. Making the apartments a multinational haven!

The perfect haven is a serene gated community located within the nations safest part of the CBD, about 15 minutes walk from the State house. Mostly called town houses as most natinals refer to them. We are secure as it gets with guards on patrol at any given time. We are conveniently located within 5 minutes drive to three of Lusaka's latest malls and not too far from
the Airport, making it a perfect place to stay. We also have Longacres police station within reach which intensifies the security. Government offices and Cabinet offices are 10 minutes walk away including the police headquarters.

You can spend some time in our spacious garden during one of those less busy days.
