* This building has strict rules regarding garbage disposal. Please make sure to read and follow the instructions that will be sent to you separately.

Guest access
You may use the entire apartment freely. However, the entrance and other common areas are shared with other residents, so please be considerate of your surroundings when using them.
Other things to note
In accordance with the accommodation laws enforced on July 15, 2018, all guests staying at the property are required to submit the following information.
Name, current address, occupation, nationality, phone number, passport number
Copy of passport for all guests
Please make sure that the passport includes a photo that clearly verifies the guest’s identity.
If you cannot provide the above information, your reservation will be cancelled.
《Regarding Personal Information》
All personal information you provide will be strictly protected and will never be leaked, sold, shared, or provided to any third party without the owner’s permission.
Information will only be disclosed when legally required by the police or administrative authorities with lawful enforcement authority.
《Request》
To avoid potential complaints from neighbors, we ask that only guests who agree to all of the following reserve this property.
Parties, drinking gatherings, and banquets are prohibited
Smoking inside the room or around the building (except in designated smoking areas) is prohibited
Any behavior that disturbs nearby residents is prohibited
Noise is prohibited after 9 PM; please stay quiet during nighttime hours
Bringing non-registered individuals into the accommodation is prohibited
If any of the above violations are confirmed, a penalty fee of 100,000 yen will be charged.
For noise violations, if the situation does not improve after a warning, the police may be contacted and you may be asked to leave early or be charged a penalty fee.
《Check-in Time》
Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00. We cannot respond to check-in issues that occur after 21:00.
《Check-out Time》
Check-out is at 10:00. If you check out significantly late without prior notice, a fee of 3,000 yen per 30 minutes will be charged.
《Early Check-in and Late Check-out》
We do not offer early check-in or late check-out.
However, from 12:00 PM onward, you may leave your luggage in the room in advance. Please note that the room may not be fully ready at that time. After placing your luggage, kindly return the key to its original location for the cleaning staff.
《Extending Your Stay After Check-in》
Extensions can be accepted until two days before the scheduled check-out date.
Requests made after that will be handled on a request-only basis.
《Penalty Charges》
A penalty may be charged in the following cases.
1. If the room is excessively dirty
If shoes were worn indoors or smoking occurred inside the room, an additional cleaning fee of 30,000 to 50,000 yen will be charged depending on the degree of damage.
2. In case of damage or theft
The full cost of the damaged or missing item will be charged.
3. If the key is lost
A fee of 30,000 yen will be charged for replacement and processing.
