Enjoy evenings by the firepit, gazing at the stars through our skylight and going for an indoor swim at any time of day.

Featuring a newly renovated California-style kitchen and three charming bedrooms, this exquisite cottage getaway is a welcoming haven of relaxation and tranquility, perfect for any time of year.

The space
CC's Cottage is a 3400sqft property with a large, open concept kitchen and dining area, a secondary dining room, a large living room, secondary seating areas and a billiards room. Down the hall you will find 3 bedrooms, two of which are across the hall from the main 3-piece bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has it's own en suite 3-piece bathroom with a shower and tub.

The pool room can be accessed through a door off of the living room or through a patio door to the backyard. The pool is heated year-round to 80 degrees.

Outside you will find a large front yard and backyard with outdoor seating areas, a BBQ and covered parking.

This property is conveniently located just a few minutes from Sandbanks Provincial Park & Dunes, North Beach and all of the popular destinations in Picton.

Each stay comes with 2 complimentary Sandbanks Beach vehicle day passes for your use.

CC's Cottage is located in a rural area just outside of Picton. It's a gorgeous countryside with many places to explore nearby and it's a quick drive to get to Picton where you will find everything you may need (groceries, banks, shops, restaurants, and more!).
