Guest room #1 is next to master and has one full bed and one twin bed. We use this as the kids room.

Guest room #2 is on the opposite side of the house from the other two rooms and has one full bed + desk

Laundry room/mud room directly off garage for easy jacket/boot removal after a day of skiing
